Pete has over 25 years’ experience Coaching at Academy level at Wimbledon Millwall Crystal Palace Fulham Brighton Liverpool Charlton Athletic Tottenham Hotspur He has also had full-time roles in Academy Recruitment at Crystal Palace Charlton Athletic Colchester United and Norwich city and is currently a regional recruitment coordinator at Gillingham F.C
Pete has also coached successfully at schools District level and Kent youth league Junior Premier league Pete is currently Coaching Cray Wanderers Kent youth league u18s and u16 JPL Teams
Junior is also a Current Academy coach at Charlton Athletic entering his 5th season with the club since moving from Brighton & Hove Albion where he spent 4 years.
Working with elite young players some of whom have gone on to represent their country at youth level Junior also has playing experience at Non-league level with Sevenoaks Town and Cray Wanderers.
Also managing the men’s 1st Team at Bridon Ropes Junior brings a wealth of experience and knowledge with a player first approach to youth development.
